For customer-to-dealer communications and negotiations, TRADESOFT® systems provides a fully integrated and high performance chat facility. Customers and sales staff viewing screen-based rates can initiate communications directly with the dealer with the click of a mouse. Dealers may communicate with other dealers and back office staff. This system can be customized to either expand or restrict messaging between trading participants. Performance of the chat facility is exceptional, with message transmission times usually under one-quarter second.
